Crossfit Battlegrounds is a training facility that provides constantly varied functional movements done at high intensities. We don't run a bootcamp. Members come in and do the prescribed warmup by themselves and then I teach them the skills they need to perform the WOD (workout of the day). The WOD is different everyday and can vary from 1 rep maxs to full circuits. We are not a conventional gym. We use bumper plates, kettlebells, medicine balls, pullup bars, ropes, tires, rowing machines, and olympic rings as tools in helping us further develop our cardiovascular/ respiratory endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.
Depending on when you come in, training will vary from one-on-one workouts to competing against others in groups of two or more.
